Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup pasta (shells, penne, or Banza pasta for gluten-free)

1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella & cheddar mix)

1 onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)

1 cup beef broth (or chicken/vegetable broth)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, or paprika
Instructions
1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
2. Brown Beef: Cook ground beef in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned (5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat.
3. Add Veggies & Sauce: Stir in onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes, then add tomatoes and beef broth. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
4. Combine: Add pasta and shredded cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and creamy. Add more broth or milk for a creamier texture.
5. Season & Serve: Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Serve hot.
