Instructions
- Boiled Eggs: Cook for 12 minutes for hard-boiled perfection. Cool, peel, and slice.
- Mash the Avocado.
- Scoop the avocado into a small bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt, black pepper, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Mash until smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Toast two slices of your favorite bread until golden brown
- Assemble the Sandwich.
- Spread the mashed avocado onto one slice of toast.
- Top with the sliced or prepared eggs.
- Add optional toppings like chopped bacon, green onions, tomatoes, and sesame seeds.
- Sprinkle with paprika for a finishing touch.
- Place the second slice of toast on top and press gently.
